Return Policy:
We care about customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in good condition within 15 days for refund. Please call or email for authorization to return merchandise. We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized orders unless it is to correct a mistake made by Reliable World Trade. We also cannot accept returns for Helmets, Ear Plugs and Clearance Items.
Return Authorization Number (RA#): Prior to shipping the return, a RA# must be obtained from our staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a $4.50 reprocessing fee or 15% of the return amount, whichever is greater.
Reliable World Trade reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the SKU# intact. Product that is returned incomplete or damaged, if accepted, will not be credited for full purchase price.
Return Procedure:
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Obtain a RA# within 15 days of the original ship date by calling Reliable World Trade at (510) 614-2277.
- Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#: Original order # (on the packing slip), name of product, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone # and email address. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the SKU intact, and that all components, and accessories are included. For your protection, insuring the package and using a traceable shipping methods such as UPS ground is suggested.
- Return the item within 30 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without a RA# will be returned to the sender.
